innerScape is a mental well-being platform designed to provide tools for self-reflection, video journaling, and coaching support. The service is currently provided free of charge.

You explicitly understand and agree that your use of innerScape is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee:

• 100% uptime or uninterrupted service.
• That the service will be free from bugs, errors, or technical failures.

3. Resource Limitations

• Email Notifications: Transactional emails may fail or be delayed if our external delivery quotas are reached.
• Processing Speeds: Journal processing and report generation may be delayed based on system load and available compute resources.

5. Limitation of Liability
